The Edward Gorey House commemorates the life and works of Edward Gorey, an American author, illustrator, playwright, set and costume designer. The house, owned and lived in by Gorey himself, exhibits his diverse and extraordinary talents and reflects his distinct personality. This museum is open from mid-April through late-December.

Built in the 1840s, this historic house and museum was once home to one of the Cape's wealthy sea captains and is the only Cape Cod home regularly open to visitors today. Located on Stawberry Lane Common, the house offers visitors a glimpse of 19th century family life. Open June through October, Thursdays through Sundays, tours available.

Hallet's has been in business since 1889 providing customers with a friendly, personal welcome. Now operated by the great-grandson of the first owner the store has kept may of its original features and offers customers old fashioned sodas, sandwiches and and ice-cream cones. The small museum upstairs details the history of the store.
