Built in the 1840s, this historic house and museum was once home to one of the Cape's wealthy sea captains and is the only Cape Cod home regularly open to visitors today. Located on Stawberry Lane Common, the house offers visitors a glimpse of 19th century family life. Open June through October, Thursdays through Sundays, tours available.
Kelley Chapel was built in 1873 as a non-sectarian chapel and donated to the Historical Society of Yarmouth in 1960. It is located off Route 6A approximately 100 yards down a nature trail. The chapel is not routinely open to the public but is available to hire for weddings or special functions.
History buffs or antique lovers visiting Cape Cod can also visit the Winslow Crocker House, an 18th century home filled with notable pieces of antique furniture, rugs, pewter and ceramics. The house is owned and operated by Historic New England and is open to the public June through mid-October. Tours available.
