    Wood End Light

    Wood End Light is not open to the public, but the grounds are. This lighthouse was built in 1872 and features a fog signal horn that blasts every 30 seconds. A walk from Provincetown's West End leads to the lighthouse.

    Nauset Light

    The Nauset Light grounds are open year-round and the lighthouse is open for open houses at scheduled times throughout the summer. The present lighhouse tower was built in Chatham in 1877. Other buildings on the site include the keeper's house, a garage and a brick oil house.

    Point Gammon Light
    Built in 1816, Point Gammon Light is an historic lighthouse situated on Great Island near the entrance to Hyannis Harbor. The landmark, which is also Yarmouth's only lighthouse, is best viewed from the water around Great Island.

    Wings Neck Lighthouse

    Wings Neck was once a US Coast Guard Lighthouse until it was auctioned off in the 1940s. Located at the very tip of of Wings Neck Point in the town of Pocasset, the light tower is still attached by a breezeway to a three bedroom keepers home. Renovated in 2003, the property can be rented out. Up to eight people can be accommodated.

    Nobska Lighthouse
    Visitors can find this lighthouse situated at the southwestern tip of Cape Cod, between Buzzard's Bay and Vineyard Sound. Originally built in 1828, the structure was replaced in 1876 with a 42 ft (13 m) high structure of cast iron shell lined with brick. A distinct feature of this lighthouse is its light that appears red from the east, due to a red section on the east side of the lantern house.

    Highland Museum and Lighthouse

    The Highland Light, also known as the Cape Cod Light, was originally established in 1797 and rebuilt in 1857. Guided tours are offered daily when the lighthouse is open (seasonal: May through October). Inside the museum, once a summer resort house, are various artifacts, including shipwreck mementos, firearms, whaling gear, furniture, a pirate's chest and much more. There is also a gift shop on the premise, which is open seasonally as well.

    Long Point Light

    Long Point Light was originally built in 1826, however the tower was rebuilt in 1875. This lighthouse is accessible by boat shuttle or a strenuous hike (inquire locally for further details).

    Race Point Light

    Race Point Light, built in 1876, is open year round. Other buildings are still standing on the site including the keeper's house, which is available for overnight stays from the spring to the fall every year. From Race Point Beach, the lighthouse is a 45 minute walk.
